In Scotland the Court System is run by The Scottish Courts and Tribunal Services (SCTS).
There are different procedural rules for each court, however the latest Criminal Courts Practice Note No 1 of 2025 on Summary Case Management attempts to bring them in line with each other on Summary Case Management.
